Paint Supplies [Source: Marc Dalessio]

Zecchi(Florence): Of special interest are their sable brushes, sun-thickened oil and dry pigments.
Cornelissen (London): My favorite bristle brush suppliers.
New York Central (NYC): Good all-around supplier, I like their sketchbooks a lot (Kunst & Papier No. 1003 13).
Sinopia (San Francisco): Kremer supplier on the west coast (see below).
Kremer (Munich and NYC): Most of the good supplies in other shops come from here.
Da Kat Windmill (Holland, 30 mins from Amsterdam): Old windmill where they still grind pigments with wind power. Great pigments for sale in the small shop in the back.
Dick Blick (Online) Good online supplier, the ‘Silver’ brushes are really nice to work with, as are their name-brand bristles.
Ray Mar art (Online) I use their plein air panels from time to time.
New Traditions (Online) More excellent artist panels.
Blue Ridge Oil Paint (Online) Very good hand-ground oil colors, especially the cadmiums.
M. Graham Artist’s Colors and Mediums (Online) Excellent artist’s oil paints, ground in walnut oil.
